A well-fed mind revitalizes us physically and emotionally. Engaging in different activities will enhance memory, improve problem-solving skills, and boost creativity. It brings new ideas, greater stamina, and more passion.

Scientific studies showed that many people experience memory loss by age 60 or 70 due to intense decrease in brain mass. Thus, researchers advise that we continue doing our hobbies and interests to reduce the risk of Alzheimer, Parkinson's disease or dementia.
